The above are just some of the more common types of cases we’ve handled. However, we’ve successfully handled nearly every type of misdemeanor imaginable.
Depending on the charge you are facing, the punishment range for a Class B misdemeanor is 180 days in jail and/or a $2,000 fine.
The punishment range for a Class A misdemeanor is 1 year in jail and/or a $4,000 fine.
Sometimes prosecutors use prior convictions to further enhance, or increase, the range of punishment.
While misdemeanors have lesser punishment ranges than felonies, make no mistake about it: A misdemeanor conviction will follow you for the rest of your life and, as such, should be defended with the same dedication and zeal as a felony charge.
